Refunds are not guaranteed and may be considered on a case-by-case basis

FEMRx is not responsible for third-party payment platform issues.

7. Sponsorships & Partnerships

Sponsorship agreements for SCRIPT HER, FEMRx events, programs, or digital content must be executed in writing.
FEMRx is not liable for outcomes resulting from external sponsor promotions or partner collaborations.

8. Podcast Participation

By participating in SCRIPT HER, guests agree that FEMRx may:

Record, edit, and publish the episode
Use their name, voice, image, and statements for promotional purposes
Distribute the episode across platforms indefinitely

Guests may not request removal of published content except under exceptional circumstances at FEMRx’s discretion.
